DO NOT use this company.  When scheduled they said it would be onsite by noon.  The dumpster didn't arrive until 6pm.  This delayed the work and put an extra day on my crew which I had to pay for.  Took them 10 days and multiple phone calls for them to finally come get the dumpster after the job was complete and they were notified.  When I complained about the fact that they did not hold to the schedule I was told they said they never agreed to a schedule and would only refund me $25 which I never did get.  The money I saved going with them was offset by the delayed labor, extra time the dumpster sat onsite and how much I had to waste my time calling them to make sure they got it done.

When I called, I asked for the dumpster to be placed as close to my home as possible and gave very specific directions as to the location. I also asked for the driver to call me before they arrived so that I could be there. In the notes, the only thing that was communicated to the driver was "in drive." So the dumpster was placed in the wrong location causing me to have to drive through my neighbors yard to load the dumpster because the driver didn't call. Also, I didn't receive an empty dumpster. There were boxes and corner packed with previous trash.

Called on a weekend and was thankful they answered but the woman on the phone obviously doesn't enjoy her job. Received an over weight charge that they wouldn't provide proof of. Over all, worst customer experience I have ever had.

NEVER EVER AGAIN......there is no customer service, the young lady answering the phone is the most unfriendly I have come across in years.  It must be family owned, no company would allow this behavior.  As a customer who called 7 days ago and said we were ready for pick up was told today, possibly today possibly tomorrow.  I am hanging a large sign on it, saying NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....now I don't care when they get it.

This is the most dishonest company I've dealt with in recent memory. Whatever they quote you expect to be significantly upcharged without your permission or notification (until the bill hits your credit card statement). I would be shocked if I were to learn that any of their 5-star reviews here weren't written by people in the employ of the company.

Terrible customer service.  Additionally, they blocked my garage door (all they had to do was park it 2 feet further back and I could have gotten in and out).  They also are not true to their pickup times.  Avoid if possible.
