They don't even deserve one star! They ruined my sweater and a dress but it's no use arguing with them because they won't reimburse you or say that they are sorry -- just don't ever go there or you will be sorry. Seriously, save yourself some time and trouble -- don't bother even trying them.

Horrible service! Took in my comforter and pillowcases on a Wednesday morning and they told me to pick up Monday. I thought that was a long time for one set. I arrive on Monday at 3:45 asking for my comforter and the lady tells me it wont be ready until 5:30. Alright, i understand that so i leave. I come back at 5:50 and ask for my comforter. The lady still tells me to wait!!! I wait about 15 mins until she finally gives me my order, and at that point im already agitated. When i get home to put my comforter on, they are wet! And not even clean!!! They had lint balls and hair on it still! I go back and ask for a refund and she tells me that she can clean it again. I tell her no and ask for a refund again. What does she know about cleaning if they weren't clean the first time around? Aside from that they are also overpriced, i've payed less for my comforter before. Never going back and don't recommend.

They offer coupons in the Val-Pak for 50% off - but be forewarned - although not stated in the coupon the discount does not apply to laundering, shirts, this. that......

Also, I compared their pricing with other dry cleaners in the area - 30 % higher -  not worth it.
