A-1 worked with my schedule by coming out before work the very next day. I thought I would need a new water heater and was preparing myself for a huge bill. Jeremy was very helpful and polite. He quickly repaired my own water heater and saved me a bundle. He easily could have told me I needed to replace it right away and I would have done so. Because of His honesty...I will DEFINITELY call them in the future when it does need to be repaired or replaced. Thank you!

What a life saver A1 Sewer & Drain are.  The temperatures have been below freezing and we had a burst pipe.  Justin arrived and quickly identified where the burst pipe was.  He fixed it quickly.  Extremely pleasant and the cost was very reasonable.  He was working on his day off and still as pleasant as could be.  I will definitely call A1 Sewer & Drain for any plumbing needs in the future!  Thank you so much for being there when we needed help!!!

I woke up on Christmas morning to find that my water heater had busted.  I called A1's Suffolk office and was immediately told I would have a technician at my house if one that met my needs was available in the warehouse.  Unfortunately, the replacement was not but was given the next morning's time slot.   As promised, I received a call the following morning and was told a technician was in route.  Duane did a fantastic and efficient job in replacing my water heater.  A very nice technician. I'm very thankful that A1 responded to my request for help so quickly.  I will certainly call them again if needed!

Everyone is great to work with. The office was very accommodating and respectful of our time and schedule. We are grateful this wasn't an emergency, but something that could be scheduled. Plumber John came out within the window of time and ran a diagnostic (flushed the formerly frozen toilet). His assessment was that we didn't need a new seal or to reset the commode. He carefully checked for minor leaks and found none, saying he was not going to replace parts we didn't need. He made sure everything was working fine before he left. He also reminded me about the $25 coupon on the website,  and waited while I printed it out.  I  didn't know about the free estimates service, and he let me know that was available.  This is not the first time we have used A-1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing & Heating, and with the age of our house, it won't be the last. Very honest business. Very good work.

I’ve chosen A1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing & Heating because of their good reviews. It’s my very first service with them. The woman who answered my call was very pleasant and she was able to book me a scheduled visit for a leaky tub faucet with plumber Justin the day of my call. Great customer service. And so as Justin. The moment he stepped up to our doorstep, was very courteous. I noticed he was putting on shoe booties (to protect the flooring) which I thought WOW! Thank goodness coz that’s the first thing I look for in any home visit by these kinds of work. I really appreciate it.  For that it only shows that this company cares more than what they do. Justin did a great job! I would recommend this company to my family, friends and neighbors in the future. Thank U A1 family! More Power!!!!
