DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!  I normally don't post reviews on companies/businesses, but with the "lack of quality service" I received, I had to take the time to rate this company.  One Star is too high to give them!  If I could, I would give them a NEGATIVE 10,000 Stars!!!  I used this company through my Home Warranty Insurance (American Home Shield)  on May 7, 2018 and that was a huge mistake. They sent the technician "James" out to my house to replace my garbage disposal. He told me that it would take 20 mins for him to replace it and it ended up being over 2 hours. I sat in my kitchen watching this inexperienced individual struggle for about an hour trying to remove my broken garbage disposal. Sweating, frustrated, aggravated and mad, this technician demonstrated that he didn't have the basic knowledge of plumbing. I asked how long he's been in plumbing field and he informed me 2 months. He further explained that he was hired by Drain Masters, because his aunt knew the owner. After struggling for over an hour trying to remove the existing garbage disposal, he then retrieved a reciprocating saw from his truck and proceeded to cut the garbage disposal from the sink. After he finally removed the broken disposal, I thought it was smooth sailing from there, but boy was I wrong!! I didn't know which was worse -- him removing a garbage disposal or installing one.  He struggled again for over an hour trying to install the new garbage disposal.  Frustrated, confused and sweating like a mad man, he kept going in & out my house to his truck. He then stated; "I don't know why this is not going on the ring!" (referring to the garbage disposal). After about an hour and fifteen minutes, he finally got the new disposal installed. He hurried and got his tools together and rushed off to his next appointment which he was already late for.  After he left, I turned on the sink faucet and water was leaking all up under the sink.  He also left scuff marks from his shoes all over my tile floor and did not clean-up after himself.  WARNING --- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

My Home Warranty Company FINALLY sent Drain Masters out to help clear up a blockage, (been having the issue for over a year) they arrived the same day and made sure everything was working before ever leaving. The plumber was knowledgeable and even gave me ideas to help keep the blockage from recurring, go figure since if it gets blocked they make more money..

The technician was quick and friendly. Managed to explain the problem with my toilet in terms even I could understand. The office staff listened to my description and answered my questions before the technician arrived.

Terrible Service.  Came to my house for home warranty, said the ticket was incorrect and left without saying a word.  Wasted my time and never called back to follow up.  the guy who came out had a bad attitude and didn't really want to do his job.  I would not ever use this company even if they were the last ones left in the area.
