Michael&Sons send Cody to our apartment last weekend for some electrical work. He was one of the most professional and knowledgeable electricians I have ever had work in the apartment. He showed up right on time, and effortlessly diagnosed the issues we were having with some light fixtures. He spent time explaining the issues to us, and even offered to let us call him if we had any more questions. We are very happy with our now working lights, and happy we have found great electricians in Norfolk! Micheal and sons definitely have a new customer in me!

Cody c. Is an excellent electrician that I would highly recommend at Michael & sons. He was referred to me and I was not disappointed.  He made it a point to rearrange his schedule to be able to come do needed repairs ASAP, when 4 other companies couldn’t get to me until next week .  He was very polite, thorough and extremely knowledgeable.

Cody installed whole-house surge protectors for us this morning. We have two 200 amp panels so we needed separate protectors for each. Cody is certainly one of the best technicians I’ve ever had do work for us. He is prompt, very courteous, well mannered and willing to explain what he is doing, and just a pleasure to have In my home. He does excellent work and I’ll definitely ask for him next time I call Michael & Son.

Cody did a great job at our home today.  He was very courteous and professional, he gave us options for necessary repairs and additional items that we could do today or in the future to upgrade our system.  He was able to provide the repairs we needed while he was here, and kept our home clean from start to finish.

Always impressed by the level of professionalism this team displays.  Their work is always done quickly and right the first time.  The prices are very fair for the work provided.  I will always call them to do my plumbing work.  Highly recommended.
