Always been a pleasure working with Chris, real great guy and even better plumber. Fixed my leaky faucet in no time and installed a new water heater like it was nothing. I'll recommend him to anyone and everyone and use him forever. Great company, great service, a real gem.

I have had to call on AA Alan Plumbing for three different repairs and all have been done with excellent care. I don't think I have ever had to wait more than a day to have them come out…and it's usually not even that long. I would highly recommend both Dave and Chris for any of your plumbing needs!! Thanks for being so great. It means a lot when you can trust who you need for a home repair.

I strongly recommend getting a second opinion whenever getting a price from this company. I have saved about $1675 by doing so. After close inspection, we were told by Chris of AA Alan Plumbing of Longwood that our water heater was leaking internally and needed immediate replacement, which they would do that same day for $1200. Local stores offered a similar water heater for only $629, and we got a quote from another plumber for installation at only $235. (Chris of AA Alan Plumbing wanted $325 just to install a water heater.) Total competitive cost would have been only $864 vs AA Alan Plumbing's $1200. We declined Chris's offer, but called Dave at AA Alan Plumbing of Longwood next day for an emergency repair of an attic water leak. Dave promised quick service but never called back. When I finally called them a second time after waiting for three hours they flatly refused to come out because we hadn't agreed to buy their $1200 water heater which Chris recommended on the day before. A competitive plumber who came from Sanford within two hours after being called fixed the attic pipe leak for a very reasonable price of about $160. While here he also inspected our ten year old water heater that Chris had told us needed immediate replacement. Interestingly he advised us that our old water heater was perfectly good and definitely did not need replacing. After over six months it is still working very well with no leaks, without our spending the $1200 quoted by Chris. Last year Chris of AA Alan Plumbing of Longwood inspected two of our toilets and quoted $250 each to replace the inner workings of each unit. I repaired one of them myself in 15 minutes with an $11 part from the hardware store. Three months later I did the same to the other toilet which is still working just fine, saving me about $475.
