NOT VERY HAPPY...There were supposed to be two technicians at my house at 8am this morning to repair my AC Unit. That appointment was set with the technician who came out on Monday 4/3/17. When no one showed up this morning, I called the office at 9:10am and was informed that my repair had been accidentally scheduled for TOMORROW. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

The Friday of Labor Day and, of course, my Grandmother's a/c goes out. I started to call a few companies around 7p.m. AIR-TECH was the only company to call back and within it was 20 minutes, one called much later and another never called at all. The service technician called immediately with an eta and was at the house within 11/2 hours. I am extremely satisfied with their promptness, professionalism and the fact that they repaired the unit that night! Jeff, the service technician, was great and very informative. Great experience on a holiday weekend.

after the ac went out we contacted our home warranty people and they sent out a contractor that came out sereral times and never was able to complete the job. Come to find out the other company wasn't experienced to work with gas and had horriable online reviews that we were experiencing. 

We reached out to Air Tech and had a totally positive experience. They sent out a tech for the intial visit and reassured us that they could fix the problem the right way. The owner even showed up at our house over the weekend before the work was performed just to double check everything and reassured us that his guys could complete the task. They sent 2 techs the day the work was performed and they were able to complete the job in 1 day with out hassle. 

When looking for a contractor we always look for people who are lisenced, insured, Workman's comp and also have a good online reviews. 

We want to say thanks to the office personal that not only answered our calls but followed up with us, the owner who took time out of his weekend, and the 2 techs that completed a job that another who couldn't.

Geez, even the woman who answers the phone sounded like a seasoned HVAC tech. Very excellent HVAC repair service. Even with 134a!!!
