I am editing my review from last year.

No customer service at all!   Not very attentive or good.

Plumber replaced all flappers on (4) toilets in the house.   He put wrong flappers on and toilets still leaked.    They sent another plumber and he put on correct ones.    The fountain in front yard has a bad motor.    Plumber said he had part at the office and it was a very easy fix.    He said he would call me in a few days to schedule that.   He never called.   I have left 3 messages in 2 weeks...   nada!
Finally i left a voicemail for the manager ---  explaining that one of the plumbers is failing to follow through.   She never called me back.
At this point --  it is extremely unlikely i will use this company again.   I certainly do not feel like they have good customer service or respect for the customer!

My first time using Reliable Rate Plumbing today.   I have 3 properties, so i need plumbers more often than most.   I was happy with my previous company, but they were very expensive!
Reliable rate plumbing are reasonable in price, and very good.
I met Jeff today and he was great.  Good personality.  Courteous.  And did a good job.
I was referred to this company by a friend.  Now, i would highly recommend them and i plan on using them for future needs.

As a whole , this company is just o.k.  I work in the residental remodeling field  , and I use plumbers  frequently . The  first three techs were nice , polite , and got the work done 

However,  I  asked the dispatch to get back to me  on whether they would do a concrete cut as I needed to move a sink  two feet  and she never did .   I  asked again  the next day .  She said she'd call me back within the hour .... never did .  

Then I get the  tech who is  two hours late and immediately proceeds to whine about this and that  and  everything is  negative , which pisses me off even further as  I have driven and hour to get to the jobsite .  and this one can't do the work .  

Proceed with caution .. it's a crap shoot . Too many others out there that are responsible and professional .  I crossed them off my list .
