Were live here & is the safest place I've lived in a long time. Of course we don't know very many but that's ok. Was the second week we were here& took our trash to the dumpsters when we were stopped by another tenant who asked us if we're living here & which one. They said they were just curious cause they don't want people dumping their trash who don't live here. Pretty cool I think. Tenants look out for each other is what we've discovered. God bless everyone!

I am the manager of A.A park,first off I don't do drugs,second I do give rides to kids on the premisses,and they love it,I also cleaned this park up thetha is mad cuz she got evicted,I have movie notes for kids nd family,for Christmas I buy with my money stocking with Lil gifts a bag of fruit nd nuts thanksgiving I also cool for the less fortunate so they can come and eat for free I go to church every Sunday got rid of all drug dealers nd users because we have kids nd elders nd we don't need that here,so I can't please everybody some like me some don't I in force the rules so they hate it,because the managers they've had didn't so this place has improved %100 percent and very peaceful now so don't believe everything you read cause all the was talking bad are because they got evicted,thanks everyone

I recently visited a friend here. I was there for 4 days. The manager Silva didn't know me as a resident. She stopped me. Politely asked me a few questions about who I was visiting. U found Ms. Silva to be pleasant and concerned about the residents safety. I later observed her picking up litter.

Sure it isn't a 5 star resort.  However for the rental cost. And calm enviornent. It is far better than other places IV seen that cost more in Porterville.
Its a pleasure to share my opinion.

It's okay if you can deal with living in a trailer park, cramped. Management scrutiny. But it is a safe place. That's important for a family.
