EXTREMELY SATISFIED! Staff was very courteous Rooms are nice Maid service is always on top of it (I left them a tip on the desk at the end of my stay. THANKS GUYS) Cannot beat the price. Overall I was much more satisfied here then my stay at the "Best Western" I had to check my self out of there.

Definitely excellent value. Kings size room is a good size and are very clean and well turned out. Very good facilities too with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The service is fantastic, friendly and personable.

Very clean facility. Visited with family who was visiting in town. This hotel is perpetually under construction and usually has a lot of monthly tenants so I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was!

Yes, the room was smallish in size but it is definitely worth every penny. My room was completely redone. Everything was clean. Bathroom was lovely. Even though I was by a busy street I didnt hear any noise from that. I would seriously recommend staying here. I tried to find reasonable priced, clean hotels in Fresno but had no luck. Stay here. Would stay here again and recommend this place to my own mother! Customer service was perfect too.

This place is great! The staff is super frendly. Paul and I believe his wife run this place. House keeping is very good. We really do like this place. The only thing I can say that could make it better, the showers are so powerful they need bigger shower curtains
