Had so much fun here! We stayed for 2 nights & rented a pontoon. It was great. Both of the Fee Hosts were very friendly & even had the kids laughing while they fit them fire life jackets. The ants sucked but it's to be expected when you're camping. Pricing was pretty good too. Only downside was no cell service.  Only AT&T apparently works once you pass the bridge.

Perhaps the best kept public campground I've stayed at. All the workers were getting the sizable park ready for the Easter egg hunt for the kids. How cool is that, huh? There was a problem with a very drunk camper but the personnel there handled it quickly and professionally.  Don't let my one issue dissuade you from taking the kids out for a great camp at the lake. The people there are wonderful and the campground well taken care of. Oh, did I mention the really hot showers, powered sites, and clean restrooms? Awesome place that my family will return to again and again.

My parents bring their travel trailer here and stay for the 15 days allowed at a time and it's so nice! The park rangers do a great job and are all so personable!!

Nice campground, all sites have electricity. Well spaced sites, free showers. Not much shade. Dump station.
