Mid 2017- Mostly one night stays like truckers. We were there for a while and, while many folks who work there were just great, management seem lacking in their desire to make this older motel more pleasing. Housekeeping neglected our room once so had no clean linen, was out of the room all day... do not know why. Upon checking out, management guy said, "did you enjoy your stay"? When I began to say something... he gave me the bill and started talking, (socially), with someone else. Guess he didn't expect an answer, so we were just "processed out". Overall kind of got the feeling it was a impersonal place for single night stays.

My husband and I stayed here when I attended my 40th High School class reunion. We had a great stay and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with nice decor, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast choices included waffles, eggs,sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juice. This was also one of the few hotels in town that allowed a dog to stay (for a pet fee). We will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were fine and air conditioning worked well. That's important in Porterville. Close to some fast food. There is a bit of construction going on but it's not bad. Rooms are set up with a couch and bed. No problems...

really soft mattress and small, super soft pillows that don't keep your head elevated. If that"s what you like then this is the place for you.

Caution under remolding construction at the time of our stay. July-Aug 2017... That's just the start... Rooms need a better cleaning. This place has a lot of construction type of clientele staying there weeks at a time and you can tell by the dirty hand marks on light switches and walls. The lobby Smelled really bad, but our room didn't. Over-priced for the area for sure. This place is more like a $59.00 a night place Not Over $100 even with breakfast.
