Had an amazing experience with Steve K during an emergency in August so I called again for service for a problem in October. Technician was a NO SHOW 2 days in a row. I was given a time frame of 10am-12pm and 2:30pm no one was even on the way yet and no phone call. Next day was the same exact thing. Technician never showed. I called AGAIN to ask where they were and was told they'd be here "within the hour" this was on a Thursday. No show AGAIN that's Day and not even a phone call. Fast forward through the weekend and they actually have the audacity to call me Monday to come by. LOL! Never using this company again. No respect whatsoever for the customers time. Wasted two whole days waiting around. Don't bother!!!

Horrible sent a guy to put a hot water in for 1,500.00. Cost me 1,900.00. Because he broke a lot of pipes. Never call again.

Called initially just to see if I could schedule an estimate. Steve was able to come out in a couple hours, provide the estimate and complete the job the same day. He immediately recognized and resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable and I'm happy with the work that was performed.

They changed $400 to use camera to look in sewer line pipe. I agreed because we were under duress to get to the bottom of the problem. They advisrd the pipe broken and has to be replaced from the house to the street, $14,000 job. Obviously, at this point we contacted other plumbers used camera at no cost to quote the job and determine we only need Hdro high pressure clean out, pipes are fine. These are the facts , you determine who you want to use.

Update. 2 days after and $450 later, the same problem. Another guy came to fix it and did what the first guy should have all along. These guys are salesmen first, plumbers second. Making up amounts as they seem fit is their game. Luckily the second guy was more honest and told me what I need and said to call back when we make a decision.
