The service was excellent beginning with my phone call to the company. The customer service person listed my concerns, reviewed them with me and told me he would call back with scheduling details.  When the technicians arrived they brought a carpet to wipe their feet as they are going in and out of the house---Love this!  Our boiler was over 20 years old and the issues were many. After we weighed the cost of fixing an old boiler or purchasing a new one, we decided to have the boiler replaced. They arrived the next day and went to work. Joel worked all a day with a wonderful group of guys. We were so excited to have heat throughout our entire house that night! Excellent work Good Tidings!

I was near tears. A lot of things going wrong in my house. Dan answered the phone and was an absolute sweetheart. The plumber Steve came and explained everything with the different price ranges. We have an older house with very old pipes, and he was able to unclog our main line in no time. Also he was a very nice young man. I would definitely recommend this company. It turned a bad day to a nice experience.

I have used Good Tidings 3 times within the last 2 months for both Heating and Plumbing.  Their customer service is excellent - professional and all requests were treated with urgency (including an evening call on New Year's Eve).   Victor was our Service Pro and helped us on all occasions.  He is efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Always reliable and friendly. Highly recommend. Furnace went out during this week's noreaster. Dan ans Steve at Good Tidings had it up and running in less than 24 hrs. Thank you so much.

There's nothing worse than being sick and waking up to having no heat.  Victor was here within two hours and had everything working again in less than an hour.  He was very professional and courteous.  He even offered me a small electric heater to use.  I would definitely call Good Tidings again.
