Horrible customer service wish I could post a video on here I will on social media so look out for it! This guy is ridiculous he had the audacity to slam money on the counter because he tried to scam us do not rent uhaul from here and you're probably better off not renting anything from here if he will do that! Maybe he had a hard life but dang you cant do that to people!

CC SCAM READ BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY This company blatenly tried to over charge 10 miles on our U-Haul rental. We ask for him to look up our milage on the computer before we closed out and was told he could not look it up. I tried to verify my milage several times and was ignored and told he could not look it back up. When being told our charge i asked him to break down our bill because it was too high and was told he could not see it on his end. We where then emailed a repiept by U-Haul that stated he falsely over charged us by 10 miles. When confronted he was rude and refused to correct the charges on my card and slammed the $10 on the counter and even have video it wont let me post on the review or I would. When contacting U-Haul they confirmed he had all the tools to answer our billing and milage questions and that he lied to our face because he had over charged up. U-haul offerred us a 1
$10 refund to not post on social media or comtact an attonery and no real actions will be taken against this retailer.
