I would like to say thank you to Lisa and Jim. When the flood came I needed a storage space. I went to Public storage, jim and Lisa was very friendly helpful and understanding during a very bad time. I have had some good customer service before, but these two was genuine. You will diffently have a great experience at this location. Once again thank you Jim and Lisa

Jim & Lisa are so friendly and helpful. Every time we go by if they are out and about they always wave or say hello. Storage room was neat as a pin when we rented. Definitely recommend using this location.

I rented a unit two months ago the day after the Harvey finally ended. Jim and Lisa were great. They kindhearted, sympathetic, and accommodating. They were a blessing on a bad day.

Just bought a 10x10 indoor unit here. This public storage location has some of the cheapest rates in this area, which is why i chose it. Lisa, the manager here is very nice and is very dedicated to providing you with great customer service. She said that she has been the manager here for 19 years and that she knows all her clients and who is coming in and out of the property. She is attentive to whats happening and who is on the property which i can appreciate. My 10x10 unit here is an indoor unit without the climate control. The property looks very clean and i didnt see a single weird person loitering or anything. Its a quiet property in a good area where crime is very low. My unit was clean upon purchasing, a little dark but lit enough that i can see. I saw no signs of rodents in my unit or roaches or spider webs. I didnt see any signs of vermon anywhere actually, not even on the outside of the unit. The hallways where the indoor units are, are quite narrow so if you plan on storing couches and furniture you definitely need to get the outdoor drive up unit with the wide garage door. You can not fit a couch or other furniture through the hall way of an indoor unit. Over all i am very pleased with my unit and the price. As i said before, this was the place with the lowest prices that i could find that also had a wide variety of unit sizes. Many other places in this area only offer 2 or 3 sizes and charge way too much.

The place was great, the staff is very attentive, Lisa, Jim and Emily were great. The place is clean and they tried the best to give me the size of unit I needed. They did not try to persuade me to get a bigger size to fit my stuff. So far I am satisfied. Pay them a visit.
