Bill was great, gave a full tour and answered every question I had and I had a lot! A good number of cameras, looked like in every hallway and I was able to reserve the truck for a Sunday. There is a $20 truck insurance fee but it's not bad compared to uhaul. I was also pleased to find my unit was fairly accurate in size. It's common to have units to up one foot off in size but Life Storage did not disappoint and was only 2-3 inches off on either side. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're needing storage.

I've been renting here for 2 years.   Clean facility.   Best part,  it didn't flood during Harvey!

Can't praise this place enough for how well they run this facility and for how safe and at peace I am about my stuff being at this location . Both managers are always willing to help in any way . Can't count how many times I've called down there and ask Sean to check on my stuff or set things in order for me on my stuff that I  may have forgotten to do , and he's always willing to go out to my space and set things straight for me and saving me a trip . These guys are first class people and I'm blessed to have found this location . My stuff is SAFE and in good hands here !!

Awesome! I was so impressed with how clean and nice this facility is. And the manager Bill Strang is the BEST! He is so friendly and kind, which is hard to find these days. The paperwork and check in was a breeze and he was so considerate of our time and getting us to our unit as quick as possible. He was happy to answer all my questions and very thorough. He brought us to the unit and made sure we were happy with it and was comfortable with our access code and how to use the key pads and lock, and knew the entrance and exits, and restroom and water fountain. 
When I realized I was going to need a larger unit than the one I originally reserved, I called Mr. Strang and he was more than happy to change it and still gave me the online discount. 
If you are in need of a storage unit this is the place! Price is great, facility immaculate and the service is A+++++!
