Randi was awesome she closed my account so I didn't have to which was a Major relief cause I thought I might have to pay another months rent. Great people and great prices!!!

We just switched to this location and this is a good one. The place is overall maintained and well kept. Staff is on property frequently and very courteous and helpful.

Wow I'm speechless on how rude the store manger Randi Strang was to me not just one day but two days in a row!(plus over the phone) I know that she does not have the right to talk about me to other people(person I bought my unit from) telling them not to trust me and make sure they get their money from me 1st. Lady don't know me from Adam and Eve I don't appreciate no body talking bad on my name when they don't know who I am. I feel very disrespected and will never use life storage again in my life. As a business that is very unprofessional and out of charter for any manger or employee to do to any customer no matter what she thinks of the person. Yes I could of been rude and walked in the office and gave her a piece of my mind but that don't solve anything. In my opinion the lady needs to be fired for defamation of character and I will contact a lawyer because the corporate office didn't seem to care at all he was going to have a "talk" with her but how is that going to make how I feel better. On July 17th I was lied to by the lady's in the office about what time the auction started and told me I couldn't wait for it to start that I had to leave the property until it started which she said was 1:30 when it was actually at 1:15. I can't believe that I have to deal with someone who has no respect for her job or the business she works for! So thank you Randi Strange for showing your true colors very unprofessional.
