First of all, ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences.  Plus, I have not found better prices in town for basic liability coverage. They are kind, efficient, highly professional and do not try to sell you anything more than you need, so I truly appreciated that. Highly recommend.

I had been with a better choice for years and have never been more happy with an insurance company ....until today.John and Rene are wonderful but unfortunately it was another agent who I dealt with and I couldn't feel more disrespected.Do I realize they are busy and I'm not the only customer? Of course! Do I realize I may have to wait for a qoute? Yes of course but to be told that I still have time because my policy renewal date is two weeks away does not make me feel like a valued customer.I am someone who plans ahead to pay my bills and simply wanted to know my plan.Unfortunately as I said I wasn't treated as a valued customer.So why 3 stars? Because I still respect John and Rene but I choose to pull my policy at this time due to their agent Brittany.

Great business! They are always fast and friendly when it comes to managing my policy. Also make sure I find the cheapest rates!

The give you some of the best quotes in town. The staff is friendly and are very welcoming. A family atmosphere. They really try hard to find you the best quotes. And when you come back, they actually remember your name! Love them! Thanks ABC!
