Had a financial issue and tried to have everything straightened out... I had American family transfer all that information to him and a week went by with not one phone call or email. I then went ahead and gave him a call and got an answering machine. From there I waited another 4 days and received no phone call. Keep this in mind if you plan on using him.. I will be requesting another agent that can manage their time a lot better!

I have to say this agency is amazing! They are so caring and they truly help their customers! I have dealt with a few insurance companies and they don't compare. Nelson DelaCruz is truly an asset to the company, he has helped me so much and stays so polite and courteous! They make me feel like "family"!

I have been with these guys for years now, and I have to make changes from time to time. They always take great care of me. I work with Nelson the most, and he is VERY knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. He always is prompt when dealing with my ever changing circumstances and additions. The whole reason why I did not want to go to Geico or another online insurance company, is because I want to deal with the same people that I can call directly when I need something. Not call a 1-800 number that I am going to have to navigate an automated system, just to get someone different every time. In a new age where everything is automated and service just doesn't seem important to companies anymore, it is really nice to deal with Nelson and Ross every time and build a long lasting relationship. I have been in the Service industry for 25 years, and service is one of the most important attributes in a company that I prefer to do business with. If you want that one on one....first name basis....call whenever you have a question or need to make a change......call these guys. They will take the best care of you...because they really do care.

This was the best experience I have ever had w an insurance company!! My agent was very helpful there were several cars I had him give me a quote for during our first conversation. He told me if there was anything else I needed to text or call him. So as I found other cars I was interested in I would text him the vin# and min later he would text back what my monthly rate would be. I informed him that I needed to save as much money as possible. Thankfully I did! He gave me the paperless discount and added renters insurance which caused my rate to go down. My agent let me know if at anytime I needed anything he would make himself available. I stopped by to say hello just before Christmas because I was in the area, even tho they were closing up for their holiday weekend as soon as they seen me they were very welcoming offered me eggnog and asked about my holiday plans. I am a customer for life because of Ross & his team.

Ross is one of the finest insurance agents and people I've had the pleasure of working with. He has always been very receptive to my feedback and offers outstanding communication and service. He is very personal and genuinely cares for his clients and their needs. He and his agency are top notch in my book!
