We have been with John Hall State Farm since 2006, starting with auto insurance on two cars, plus renters insurance. We have made a few claims, including an unfortunate string of events within several months of each other, and never had any difficulty filing claims. Our reimbursements have always come promptly on home and auto claims.

When our oldest son started taking driving class, John met with him one-on-one to talk about the responsibilities of driving and insurance, and how he could best keep his insurance premiums down - no sales pressure at all, just good information presented in a way that told our son this was important and that it is his responsibility to keep himself and others safe.

If you are looking for a great agent, you wont go wrong with John Hall and his staff.

All staff- absolutely outstanding, the easiest and friendliest agent I’ve ever worked with.
  When I had a crack in my windshield, John was here at the house with me, he said don’t drive it, get it fixed and I’ll take care of it. I never saw a bill or anything.
  I’ve been with State Farm for at least 35 years, John is equally one of the best agents I have ever had. I had another one, Lewis Bogas, for 25 years in California and they are equally comparable. Very happy with State Farm.
