I've been with Shelter for about a year now.  I've been very pleased with their communication and willingness to search for the right solutions to my insurance needs.  They even offered the name of another agent when they weren't able to offer a specific policy type.  They do still carry our insurance and will continue!

Michelle Thompson-Koch and her staff Mandi and Margo went above and beyond for me in a time of need. They weren't even my agents (I signed up online) but they did a few hours of work for me no questions asked. Now I will use them as my agents for life. I highly recommend these professional and compassionate ladies to anyone looking for genuine insurance agents. Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart, You all are a rare bunch that will help someone who wasn't even my insurance agent, I highly recommend!

Denied because I've never had their insurance. That makes no sense.
