Their timing is never on time. I feel like their creative selves should create an app that tells people what time does the bus arrive to each bus stop than just reading the schedule. Unbelievable! I was almost late to school one time. Plus, you should add the stops to Google Maps which would make our lives easier.

If they are not running during winter storm, they should notify the passengers or atleast keep a board in B3,B4 gate in JSQ. They always run late even weather is clear. Very poor management.

I literally almost got hit by the little woman who drives the #30. As I am crossing the pedestrian crosswalk at the Journal Square bus terminal, she is steadily turning into lane B as if she can't see me. Her bumper is literally one foot from hittiing me. I start yelling and waving. She makes eye contact and still keeps turning so I have to rush out of the way otherwise I would have been under the bus. I then go to talk to the overweight attendant with his clipboard and he accuses of me being one of those people who don't pay attention cause I was on my phone. Please avoid this bus company at all costs. I took pics of both employees and will be following up with NJ Transit who owns these buses but they want to take zero accountability for the horrible service.

In the afternoon i notice number 4 bus cut down to two during rush hour what with 4 buses at a time
