Staff here doesn’t get any updates on delayed or cancelled services. Nothing wrong with staff. There is no means for them to find updates, there by, they are unable to answer customers question on delayed/cancelled service. If you have any connecting transportation or on any important travel, don’t use greyhound. When you can take chance , try them

Greyhound Bus left my friend stranded in Newark! The bus left almost 10 minutes early without even opening door or announcing anything, leaving her and other ticketed passengers waiting at bus stop and stranded overnight in Newark. We didn't even know it was her bus since it was marked "St Louis, Missouri" and she was headed to South Jersey. Terrible customer service from driver, at station, and on the phone. They refused to issue refund or replace ticket. Never use Greyhound. Worst customer service ever. Greyhound sucks!

Horrible!!! The Greyhound workers are rude ... nasty and never want to help with printing out tickets. I can never get help when I need. It’s just disgusting.

Oh boy. I understand this place is in a rough end of town, but it is really difficult to find in the building. If you're an asthmatic planning travel to Newark or you're using this as a stepping stone to NYC, please consider flying or going direct to NYC

Terrible customer service no one answers and my packages were delayed 3 weeks and never got a call or answer back on email explaining the situation! Yuck! 0 recommended
