Since its rebuild it's much more organized, clean & accessible with departure & arrival boards up. The staff from the entire place from maintenance to ticket agents to the transit police are informative and nice. There's also some shopping if you have the time. I also appreciate the reopening of the building because now if the weather is awful I can just do my running underground to catch the A Train instead of above ground. It's also wheelchair accessible for those in need. What a difference, in a very positive way.

Great looking station. The staff working here are somewhat friendly but provide you with the necessary information. My only issue is that other bus services like Coach are kinda not treated the same as NJ Transit. Nj Transit has time of arrival at all their platforms along with bus routes. Coach's platform took me a while to figure out where it was which made it kind of frustrating. However, it's still better than port authority.

It is beautiful and very clen. Plenty of stores and restaurants where you can eat and shop- they have Marshall store, Gap Facture Outlet and much more.

Look much nicer but elevators on the Broadway side are slow and recently, only one is operational. There should have been stairs as option. You may miss your bus if you don’t have enough spare time.

Looks great after the renovation. Clean overall. Wheelchair accessible via the Broadway entrance. There's even a few security guards. Bus service is on time more often since the opening.
