Dispatch answered on first call, no holding.  Cab came within 10 minutes!  On drive to airport driver was friendly and cab smelled nice.  We are grateful for A Cab’s dependable service and follow through.  Thanks Tom and Ronnie!

I was berated for letting the driver know I wanted to take flamingo to the Orleans instead of him to turn as I expected he would on another Street. He proceeded to ask me where I was going and I told him that was already discussed over the phone and in person. And I wasn't going to entertain his mom sense questioning. We then turn in cameron-towards the Orleans- and he is saying I don't want to pay the fare that I'm worried about it. And getting personal when discussing how me and my now ex friend weren't talking-which he knew nothing about, she was drunk and I wasn't and she ruined the night before hand- i called his company and when I told him to Let me out as i rather walk the rest of the way than continue to be disrespected any further. He wanted his fare and I should have called cab authority instead if his company. So I had to pay it but I wasn't given him a cent of tip and wanted my 29 cents back. But he wouldn't give it to me and I wasn't handing him my $20 without it as he was reckless & likely on drugs. He tried giving me $2 and I didn't accept it. And he finally decided to give me my change. And he got his fare then he said my money was taken blaza blah.... And drove off as I was trying to get him to stay cos I called the police. And that's when he started pushing my feet with his foot. Came after me and when I was attempting to double check cab info (1421). And then grabbed me by both arms and I had to push him off. It was insane uncalled for and I want to know what the cab company is going to do about it.

I used this company for over 2 years and the manager told me i was not where i said i was and called me a "Ghetto piece of trash" and a "Ghetto Shadow"... Mind you i never once disrespected her or her lack of intelegance. The absolute worst customer service i have ever seen in my life.

They told me less than 40 minutes For the pickup. The person that I spoke to was doing some gag at the office which might have been humorous.

But ....I called after 40 minutes and they said a cab would come real soon now. After 60 minutes when I called I was told there was no one in the area and if no one came in 20 minute to callback for a status.....never ever use them

I use A Cab whenever I need a taxi, and I've always had a good experience. They're on time, polite, and very safe drivers. I'm a professional driver, semi trucks, so I'm a pretty good judge of driving skills.
