I had one too many while in Las Vegas for an Army friend's send-off before his deployment.  Returning back to our hotel at 4 AM, in my tired, drunken stupor I left my money clip with my credit card and my phone in the cab!  I filed a Lost & Found report on the Nellis Cab website.  This was the weekend right before 4th of July, so I wasn't expecting much assistance.  But the very next day after I got back home, Cora from Nellis called me to confirm that they had found my stuff, and would be returning it for no extra cost!  All I paid for was the postage.  I cannot thank you guys enough, thank you, thank you, thank you!  Will highly recommend Nellis for their customer service, and of course for always being there to pick us up.  I will definitely be using your company's services again in the future.  Cheers.

Around 11:20pm-11:30pm I was entering the on ramp from Downtown to get on the freeway when all of a sudden cab #695 decided to speed past 2 cars who were behind me and cut me off while the lanes were merging. Keep in mind THE LANES WERE MERGING and he sped infront of 3 cars including mine and almost hit the entire right side of my car as I was clearly infront..merging into one lane. This forced me to swerve my car to the left almost hiding the concrete barrier. At this point I'm furious so I honked my horn and flashed my lights at him. After I did this, he comes to a COMPLETE STOP ON THE FREEWAY ON RAMP! We were on the turn of the on ramp, at night, where cars are driving at least 50-60mph. As he made us come to a complete stop an SUV behind me almost rear ended my car (small Hindi civic coupe). Thankfully the suv slowed down in time  and the cab driver drove off so I could move. If that suv hadn't slammed on his/her breaks my car would've been totaled from the back and I could've been seriously hurt!! All because he wanted to speed past 3 cars to MERGE on the on ramp! Best believe I called the cab company that same night. The person on the phone was very nice and let me know I could speak with someone during regular business hours. So the next day I called the office and they told me to voice my concerns on their website. I will be following up with the cab driver #695 on the night of September 10, 2017 to see what has been done.

One of the worse taxi driver when u have an old disabilty person that wants your service and the driver tell you no just walk that is terrible, very very poor servicing. No sense tip them at all if you devide to use rhis company the drivers only want long distance for the money.  Sad choice of services.........Unreal!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a worst experience with the driver. I haven't catch his name but his cab # is 510 just in case you are a minority, he won't take you to your destination unless you pay him first or make a deposit. I could understand if it was a long ride but this guy specifically told me he only take deposit from specific people. I hope this won't happen to anyone.

$14 fair to MGM from airport.  Gave him a $20. He refused to make change.  He was going to get a nice tip.  He doubled it.
