Don't call they will Literally abandon you at the grocery store. I waited 1 hour and 20 min for the cab. Told him when I first got in that I need to go to 2 stores and back home. He got upset because he assumed I was going to the strip but I wasn't. He drove me to my first location and tried to leave. The driver obviously had something better to go do. He acted like he was trying to leave so I reminded him I needed round trip. I have done this before many times. He asked for a deposit and I told him to park so I would give it to him because he acted like he was trying to take the money and leave to go back in town. He really acted like he had something better to do. I know my fare would have ended up being around 40-50 but apparently he had more money to make or something. I was only going in the store for 5 minutes. I obviously needed a ride back but he didn't care he took the $8 for the fare and said he wasn't going to wait. Why would he not wait for more money I dont know. Worst I ever experienced! He toon the $8 instead of the $50 I had for him his loss!

I'm only give one star because zero is not an option. My driver took a much longer way than any other driver I had used all week to the same location. He wouldn't let me pay with credit card, but didn't tell me this before the ride. He wouldn't let me out of the cab and tried to insist on driving me to an ATM to get cash to pay him. I was VERY scared. I got in at the MGM Grand. I expected better from there! Just say no if this is the cab you are offered!

Grabbed a cab outside of Caesars Palace to take it to the Desert Blue Wyndham resort and the driver took us a crazy way that cost $22 for eight tenths of a mile drive. My brothers also got a cab from there 10 minutes before us and they were charged $8 (different company). We called the company but they said no one was available to help us and so we left a number for them to call and they haven't called yet to handle our price dispute.

Took a cab from Excalibur to where my boyfriend was and the driver act like hevdidt no were it was and took all this different route and also ask for a deposit before I got in the cab. Never again they are scam artist.

Got a ride from the airport. The driver took me to the wrong hotel, but insisted it was the correct hotel, even after i pointed out that the sign said a different hotel name. Then he made me get out, took my money, and drove off. I complained to the cab company who said they couldn't do anything about it other than send another one of their cabs, which I would also have to pay for. The cab also reeked of cigarettes. If you want to pay for a ride to the wrong location in an ashtray, you should take Checker Cab for your transit needs
