Sean from Courtesy Plumbing responded to a call for clogged toilets and showers. There was another  repair man with him and I'm sorry I didn't get his name.  Both men were extremely courteous, polite and friendly. They were very clean, leaving no mess. Sean let us know that they did clear the drain and it appears to be okay they may need to come back in the future.  They could not clean trap from roof because of our extremely old tile roof due to cracking the tiles. What was necessary was to install an above ground clean out. After about 3 days the same issue occurred. When I called the office I was informed that there was no warranty on the work so we would need to pay for another call and whatever work needed to be done. However,  Sean came out again, went thru the same procedure.  Removing toilet and cleaning out blockage. He then said we really needed to consider the new clean out because this time he did remove roots from the drain. Then to our surprise and relief he said he wouldn't charge us for this call. He stands behind his work and values his customers. We are so impressed with the honesty and integrity of Sean we have made an appointment to have the new clean out pipe installed Thank you Courtesy Plumbing.Service:&nbsp;Drain cleaning

I was absolutely thrilled after these guys went under the house. I was previously told I needed $7,000 worth of plumbing done by a big plumbing company and I've lost sleep ever since. But nope I didn't, they fixed my problem for less than $500 and for a bonus they figured out the water under the house was from the air conditioner being plumbed incorrectly! I am so grateful. They were also very polite and professional even in the crazy heat and horrible humidity.

Very professional, extremely fast response and true to their name…professional. I called for a sewer backup and Sean responded within the hour. He was courteous and respectful to our home.
