Scam/predatory real estate company. They do not provide an on-site super for their buildings, nor do they post the super's contact info or an emergency contact for them in the lobby of their buildings. They have cut off heat to our building since mid-March, and will make up a different excuse every time you call them. They have no problem lying to and mistreating long time tenants, like the elderly, and will harass anyone who complains about their rights as a tenant. It must be terrible not to have a conscience.
Any positive reviews for them are obvious fakes - why even bother with those? Everyone will eventually find out the truth about this company anyway!
The phone is staffed by extremely hostile women who all have the exact same "Long Guyland" accent and could even just be the same person? Even though they sometimes claim to be either Danielle, Tiffany, or  Crystal, who knows? All I can say is avoid renting from them at all costs!

Their responsiveness to apartment needs is very slow and service is not great
