I found Rachel and Glen to be extremely knowledge in their field. The courtesy extended to me was extraordinary. They were reliable and consistent, always available, no question asked was ever to  difficult for them to answer. When I was experiencing some difficulty, Rachel was "Johnny on the spot" with helpful, workable solutions. Glen's enthusiasm and humor was welcoming. They're a great team.
