On 07/02/2017 I put a offer on this property which was accepted VA Loan $ 0 down  . I was told to go ahead and order the inspection & retain a lawyer to review documents pertaining to the closing. After speaking with Raquel Fernandez assured that the offer was accepted brings us to the inspection day there are several  issues with the home which Ms. Fernandez  stated that "would be repaired no problems" . However  when it came time to obtaining the contract there was more issues .I received the contract with a  down payment amount  that was not part of the offer that was accepted 0n  7/2/2017 & 7/8/2017 and the repair that was listed in the Inspection report was not in the contract after speaking with Ms. Fernandez again I was asked to keep the requested  repairs needed between myself and  the two realtors  Buyer & Seller Agents . Not once did I mislead when I put in the offers in "TWICE"  stated on the offer VA LOAN. Why use a VA HOME LOAN $0 DOWN only to do the opposite. 

Any who whom ever decide to pursue  this home I have the home Inspection documentation I can email if you want them.
