Story

"Great Neck is a village in the town of North Hempstead in Nassau County, New York and is located on the North Shore of Long Island and is comprised on 9 villages and several unincorporated communities. Occupying only 1.4 square miles on what is considered the Great Neck Peninsula of Long Island, Great Neck is the first suburb one encounters when entering Nassau County. Due to its proximity to New York City, the Great Neck area has always been a hotspot of economic and real estate growth, especially over the past 60 years.

Great Neck is a 25 to 30 minute commute from Manhattan’s Penn Station on the Port Washington Branch of the Long Island Railroad via the Great Neck Station. This branch line is one of the most frequently served in the entire Long Island Railroad system.
