I would hesitate to have your jewelry repaired here. The original head of my wedding set lasted for 25+ years through 3 kids, 3 dogs, and the build of 2 houses but the head they replaced it with in December '15 only lasted 21 months! I'm not sure what material they are using but I doubt it's the same as my original jeweler (who is sadly out of business). Their explanation to me was that I must be "wearing it differently". I work in an office and take my rings off if I plan to do anything ridiculous. I have never heard a more asinine attempt at an explanation but, then again, this was my first - and last - experience with Rogers and Hollands. I encourage everyone to steer clear.....unless of course you never wear your jewelry "differently" ;).

Customer service was okay, however my boyfriend purchased a promise ring (600$) and within a year i needed to repair a weak weld, that costed 50$, fine no big deal. The SAME weld, broke 6 months later. I had even switched the ring to my left hand since my right is dominant and thought it might have been bumped too much...It was thrown in my face that we should always purchase the insurance plan, that may be but theirs still a deductible. The quality isn't acceptable for the price.

Treated us great for the first 10+ years. My wife always had her ring checked/cleaned every 6 months from the time she owned it. She did have it repaired for prongs breaking 4 or 5 times. The last time she brought it in, she was told there would be a charge to fix it which was odd since we had never had issues prior. Lets just say my next anniversary band will not be purchased here.
