My wedding band was purchased from Jared but needed ring sizing completed for multiple rings.  They were able to still do this for me same day despite it being the Saturday after Black Friday.  In addition, one of my stones was chipped in one of the rings and they replaced it without me even asking!  Their commentary was that they wanted the rings to be in better condition leaving the store than when they came in.  I really appreciate the service and turnaround time!

I've visited multiple times in the last month or two and drove everyone crazy but I was really taken care of. Michael spent over an hour helping me find a ring I loved then when I came to purchase I changed my mind completely and he helped me for another hour or two. We found a band and a stone that I loved. When I picked my ring up 2 weeks later I realized it was a smidge too small so I had it resized for free (buy the warranty people!) 
I've never felt more comfortable and listened to while shopping for jewelry!

I came in looking for an engagement ring and worked with Paul Stadler. He is not only knowledgeable, but a genuine person. I had no intention of purchasing anything that particular day, but Paul made is very easy and did not pressure me. He even stayed late with me working out the details. Jared is great store, but Paul made my experience amazing. I can not thank him enough.

Jarod Galleria is an awesome place to go not only to buy, but to also fix jewelry.   I went in the other day & what they fixed cost under $15.  They treated me like I had just spent $1500.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. My husband and I went in when looking for engagement rings. Because my husband had his dirty work clothes on we were paid little to no attention to while everyone else was waited on. And had to ask for someone to assist us and size my finger (which they sized a whole size too big). Then when leaving the guy "helping us" said (I kid you not) "see you when you're older". WHAT?!? My husband is in his mid twenties and I was 21. Little did he know he lost out on a big sale. My husband spent well over $6000 on my ring. Dirty work boots doesn't mean you should ignore the person.
