Changing my review due to better service. Akbar did right by me when the Subaru motor blew and helped with the cost of repairs. He also got me another reliable work vehicle for a great price.

Honestly, I wanted to go and look for a truck at this facility, but after reading the reviews and specially how the owner responds the customers, it prompts me to search for a vehicle at another facility.

Bad customer service, walked in the guy said hi, and said if i wanted to buy cash or finance ? I said finace and he wanted3xs more for a down payment and the price went up by 2k plus interest! Is better too buy from a real dealer not a buy here pay here!

Poor sales service. Poor looking car conditions. Pricing is not correct on the cars. This is a poor excuse for a car sales place. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Stay far far away from this place. I'll be sure to have an inspector to stop by and check your cars. Thanks for nothing. Pockets full of cash but no car to drive. Oh there is always monday.

Please do not waste your time like I did! I drove 7 hours to catch a couple planes to travel 1500 miles to purchase a truck from them. I had been speaking over the phone with them for a week. I was looking at a truck I was going to use for work. It looked to be in very good shape in the pictures. Very clean looking. So i arrive at the airport and to start out it takes them two hours to pick me up. They then arrived to give me a ride in the truck I was planning to buy. Which is not what I wanted because i wanted to start it up cold. So i get in this truck and it was the dirtiest truck i have ever seen. Looked like it was parked in a dusty field for 10 years. What kind of dealer doesn't at least give it a bath before trying to make a sale? So I take it for a drive and find that the turbo is shot. Would cost around $3,000 to repair. Then on the way back to the dealer I realize the engine is also knocking. This thing never would have got me home if I bought it. Plus would have cost a good $15,000 in repairs. So i ask to check out a couple other trucks they had that I had been looking at online as a back up plan. These other trucks were even worse condition!!! If someone were to go there with less mechanical knowledge they could really get in trouble with expensive repairs quick! They continued to try and convince me to buy one, reminding me that they were priced below book value. But after repairs they would have been FAR over book value! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Please read and listen to this from a mechanics perspective DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! It was very obvious this place just buys JUNK. Which people from the area also were quick to point out when I mentioned the dealer. Wish I had known before wasting my time and money. Hopefully I will save some others the headache.
