So my experience has been amazing! Clean car! Nice people but specifically John Frank made every accommodation and met every expectation. He never buffered always had a straight answer and I had no surprises. I even had mentioned 24 hours after my purchase my brake light went out and he offered to rectify it the same day I told him during business hours! The key has the most amazing diverse culture I’ve seen in a while. With people like John Frank they are more than car sales men and women. They are staples in people lives who truly understand success takes a team. Thank you Key Team!

I had the best experience today at THE KEY! Scott was amazing! The entire process was soooo smooth and worry free… He assured me I would leave with a vehicle and that’s exactly what I did! God is amazing and so is Scott… I’m grateful we crossed paths and he’s was able to serve me… The Key you guys should be pleased with Scott and his worth ethic…

After going to several different places and wasting my time I came here and they were very respectful,nice, didn’t treat me as “less than” due to my credit and jumped on the ball. So after about a year of being turned down for a ride Joel went above and beyond and got me taken care of! Would definitely recommend THE KEY CARS to anyone that has ever struggled to be approved! This is the first time I have ever came in and got the vehicle I chose prior to going into a dealership!

My wife and I had a really hard time finding a car this past weekend. Finally, we came to The Key, that’s where we met Scott. Most car salesman are very pushy, and overbearing. Scott was not like that at all. He was extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. When I first came in, I had just enough time on my lunch to fill out the application, and get the process going, then I had to leave and come back after work. To my surprise, Scott didn’t even call me to confirm I was coming back. So, it was easy to give him the same trust he gave us. We had looked online and chose several cars we had interest in but Scott had already picked out the perfect vehicle as if he heard from God Himself. We are in love with our new QX60, and with the customer service from Scott. Good customer service is really hard to come by nowadays, and Scott is an absolute gem. I can’t wait to tell anyone and everyone I can to run as fast as they can to Scott at The Key for their next vehicle.

The process of picking out a car was great because we weren’t stalked by a salesperson. After making our selection we went inside and asked to test drive it. First we filled out applications, which was computerized and simple. While we were test driving, our salesman and Finance evaluated our trade-in and had all the paperwork ready to sign when we returned.  Matt, our salesman, was friendly, efficient and responsive to our needs and answered all of our questions. We recommend The Key for anyone who may be struggling with credit problems and needs a car.

First off, I had the most fun time at a car dealership that I've ever had in my life. My dealer name was Noah and from the time I ever talked to him on the phone I knew that he was like super cool. Super down laid back. Super chilled wasn't too much but just enough to make you think he made it so easy for me that I literally felt all I had to do was show up. And the chemistry that we had like it was great. I laughed the whole time. He never over promised anything that he didn't give me. He never you know. Tried to make it sound better than it was. He was like 100% real. If I had to refer anybody to the key I would say look for Noah. You'll know him when you see him just by his of lifting attitude he makes you want to come back. I just want to say I appreciate you. Noah and now I have my brand new car and I'm loving it and he gave me exactly what I wanted to the T..

I went 7 months without a vehicle, terrible credit with a closed and dismissed bankruptcy on file, not a lot of money on hand, paying $50/day for uber rides back and forth to work. I had a $800 payroll check, mental stress of transportation needs and was not confident in applying to yet another dealership under my circumstances; But I knew there had to be another way for me to put money in a bag without a hole in it. I just didn't know what was next.... I saw The Key Cars advisement and something told me to apply anyway. I trust that feeling and went for it. One of the Salesman, Frank reached out to me, gave me the layout of what documents to send, said he'd get back to me with results and the results I must humbly say was amazing. I couldn't believe it! I repeatedly told Frank to stop lying! Lol He was not lying when he told me I was approved and to bring in $1,100 down payment according to my income. I borrowed the other $300.00 and borrowing was not easy, I made a lot of calls and had a lot of NOs but I calmed my nerves and kept reaching out for help, caught an Uber to the dealership and was driving in less than 3 hours after test driving it, paperwork and etc.. Payments are biweekly and a bit high but for my income circumstances, my transportation needs and The Key Cars taking a chance on me; I figured beggars can't be choosy! Lol Get with the program and do the right thing by the program and all else will follow! Thanks Frank and The Key Cars! Blessings on blessings for everyone!

They were very helpful and got things done. Ethan was very nice and made what could have been a very stressful experience into a pleasant experience with them.  He did what he had to do to help me get my ride.  They definitely have my business!

I had the pleasure of getting her another car at The Key. This time Jose helped me out he listen to what I wanted and need and found me a car! Jose was great to work with and I would recommend him anytime. He was very patient with me and even helped me charge my phone while waiting! Thank You so much Jose for making my day.

Everybody was quite friendly young man that helped us was great. I’m pretty sure his name was Sure juan aka Jesus he’ll know everybody will know because I couldn’t remember his name. He was just fantastic. He was working with us in another couple and you know what he did a dang good job he stayed there till everything was done. He worked very hard , was very nice, polite and the person that called me the night before was fantastic. I think it was a manager of the place but he was just wonderful. I mean United States veteran, and let me tell you those guys couldn’t be nicer. I recommend everybody there, the staff were  just beautiful, polite and personable.
