After giving them the keys for the car is was going to trade In to be appraised we test drove a few cars. After I found the one I wanted we went in and he came back with a paper with my trade in offer. I asked 4 times if that included the pay off on my trade in. He said yes. So I signed and agreed to the deal. He goes to the finance guy again and about 30 minutes pass by and he comes in with another paper with a out 5000$ added to it. I asked what this was and said it was the offee. I said no and what happened to the original deal. He then tells me that the first deal did not include my trade in. Told him that he told me the original offer did. So he gets the finance guy to come talk to me like im stupid. I got my keys from them and left. Would have signed the contract for the truck had they been honest.

BUYER BEWARE: The company I work for purchased a vehicle from this dealership with some brand new replacement parts and ensured us that the parts were fully functional and the repairs were made properly. Unfortunately, after the first rain we experienced with the van, we were met with a large amount of STANDING WATER that had built up in the ROOF, which then spilled into the interior. The water build up was due to an improper seal caused by a plate being FORCED to fit in the roof, where it clearly did not fit. The dealership accepts NO responsibility for the damages done to the van caused by inadequate and downright faulty repairs (there were MULTIPLE drill holes in the roof from the auto repair shop they utilized where they tried to force the plate to fit). The sales rep was no where to be found when these damages were discovered (we were left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time and never actually got through to him), and the general manager was not willing to admit any fault, and even went so far as to blame us for the damages. Please be forewarned that you are at risk of receiving a sub-par product that does not meet the agreed upon standards, and end up footing the bill for repairs (or repairs of damage caused by the original so-called "repairs" they will offer you!). Extremely poor customer service and faulty product. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a new-to-me Honda Civic at Hudiburg Toyota on Labor Day. The girl who helped me (Caitlin Chain) was super helpful and willing to get my questions answered. I was in and out in about 3 hours, and drove away in the car I wanted. I think Brian helped me with the paperwork and was willing to get me financed at a great rate and Brownie in the financial department was honest and efficient and got me in and out quickly. Overall, I was impressed with how nice and friendly everyone there was, and I really appreciate how honest and transparent the staff was. It makes buying a car less stressful.

The Hudiburg dealership & service department are the absolute BEST!!! I have never had a more pleasurable experience purchasing a car or having it serviced. In fact, I brought my best friend with me when mine was being serviced & she bought a new Buick while we were there! Tim took great care of me & my vehicle. Even though there are dealerships that are closer, I will always have my car serviced at Hudiburg, If you're looking for the best deal on a great vehicle AND you don't want to be pressured, go see Bob Lott at Hudiburg Buick. He will listen to your needs & help you find EXACTLY what you need. Tell him Kathy Hale sent ya! :-D
