The managers and staff were really great to work with! Jonathan took us out in a test drive on the Ford Explorer I bought. The manager was able to give me a really good deal on the car. Felicia has been extremely helpful with getting my needs taken care of. Her follow ups are GREATLY appreciated. She is still in the process of getting me taken care of, getting my floor mats as well as getting my key fob to work properly. I highly recommend going there to get you a new/used vehicle. Thanks guys at Hudiburg Toyota!

In October of 2016 I bought a used 2014 Chrysler 300C John Varvatos edition the car was in perfect condition except for the tires. I checked the rear tires when looking at it, they were new so I assumed (which you should never do) that the front tires were new or at least in good shape. Nope. They were completely bald. I did not see it until I got home. I called and spoke to Bo (my sales rep.) who sent me to Keith Williams. We agreed to meet. I knew I purchased the car "as is" and knew they had no obligation to do anything about the tires but I felt that the car should not have been sold with those tires on it. So Keith and I talked, he was very understanding and gave me a reasonable discount on new tires. Keith said to have the car there in the morning and talk to Richard Thomas to get the tires put on. 
Now if that was all to the story it would be good enough. However, my sister was renewing her wedding vows in Iowa and I had to leave as soon as the tires were replaced. Richard said "The matching tires are not be available today." I asked him to just put something on that fit. He said he would do what he could. I was in the waiting are when Richard and another guy came to me. They said they noticed I  had  a license plate frame that said "Ranger" and asked was I a Vet. Yes  I said. They  said they would go in their own car and get the tires to make sure my car was ready as quick as possible with the exact tires I needed.  Their exact words were "We saw you are a Vet and we felt we had to take care of you." I have never had that happen before. My service was in the 80's when people pretty much treated us like second class citizens. This was a really nice change. Thank you Hudiburg Toyota, I hope you really appreciate the quality of employees you have.

2nd car we've purchased here. Wonderful experience both times. Very pleased. Greg Fanning was super helpful. We appreciated his friendly personality and customer satisfaction attitude. Really took care of us. Thank you! Will recommend to friends and family.

Leslie Franklin the salesman went out of his way to accommodate  us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Doug the sales manager was equally so wonderful. He went out of his way to answer all my questions. Thank you guys! You were awesome!

Les Franklin was by far the best and most friendly salesman we have ever dealt with. He made sure that we got the truck we needed at the price we could afford. 
This was the fastest and most efficient car sale we have ever done. Khai Berry and Les had us in and out of there in about 4 hours. We drove home very, very happy!
