Friendly and helpful manager and good location if you live in Bella Vista or north Bentonville.  Only suggestion would be to extend hours as gates close around 9pm.

I'll be honest, they are the closest to my house. I've used them before without any trouble so I went back. My only issue is the gate locks at 9:30. Not a deal breaker, just have to plan around it on my late night moving sessions.

Was surprised to find such a nice place in Springdale. They try to compete for low rent prices and the gal will try anything to help you out if you're having trouble.

Terrible rude woman, disgusting manners! Overpriced and a complete joke. And these units flood. She wanted a photo of my credit card. I don't think so. I don't know her and she was being very strange about it. NOBODY ASKS for a picture of your credit card..NOBODY.

Very unprofessional and disorganized. They kept claiming I was behind, but I would go in and ask how much I owed every time. She was VERY rude and disrespectful on the phone, and even went out if her way to harass my fiancé. They added a ton of charges to my account as well!
