Terrible service. My items were damaged during the 3 months that they were in the care of the brampton facility. Took 3 months before someone finally responded to my calls and emails. I was assured the6 would look into it. Then they ghosted me in hopes I would go away. 10 months have passed and I had to get a lawyer involved. Now they are claiming my items are worthless. They damaged $3000+ worth of my items that they are not accepting responsibility for. Absolute Terrible company.
these locations are always nice, clean and easily accessible! my issues is/are receiving a call a few months in to increase my monthly rate by $20.00, while they continue to advertise the same unit for the same price I paid prior to the increase… paying $12.00 a month for an insurance policy that you’ll never make a claim on in an extremely secure building. furthermore, the deductible is $500.00 with a max coverage of $5000.00 in most cases. FYI - 1000 units multiplied by $12.00 monthly is an easy $144,000.00 annually for an insurance company that will never pay out a claim! and lastly you are forced to pay $20.00 for one of their locks that you’ll probably never use again… all in all, very nice place to store your possessions, however, not a fan of their pricing and practices!
