I haven't been so absolutely pissed off in YEARS. I called for a cab and waited an hour and 45 minutes and no taxi ever came. I called several times throughout the time I waited and all I got was the run around. Merely a stalling tactic. There is no way in hell it takes almost 2 HOURS to get to anyone in Huntsville/Madison. I was never even informed from the beginning that there were no cars available, which would've at least given me the opportunity to call someone else. I will NEVER, EVER CALL THIS CAB COMPANY EVER AGAIN. I ALWAYS tip my drivers and I try to be patient and understanding but this was absolutely ridiculous!

Worst cab company ever and everybody that works there is a complete liar. I call for a cab and I had to wait 2 hours and I keep calling and they keep lying. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use there service.

If they tell you 20 minutes count on St least an hour don't recommend using them at all.

After another company kept me waiting 2 hours I called and requested service. Driver was there to pick me up within 20 mins,  and was very kind! Would recommend this company to anyone!
