YOU F'N SUCK!! I'm sick and tired of you guys taking up to an hour to get a cab out and picking and choosing which calls you respond to!! VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL!!! Here's a little tip you morons, quit letting all your cabs get tied up by some old geezer taking. 3 hours to run 2 damn errands! If your gonna have you stank ass in Walmart for an hour while you choose which food your cat will like better, GET DROPPED OFF AND CALL A TAXI ABOUT 20 PRIOR TO CHECKOUT!!! Your letting the idiots with enough money that are dumb enough to pay the wait fee tie up all the taxi's....not cool at all.

I can't even remember how many times American Cab hasn't shown up when I was waiting on them & when they do you have usually been waiting close to an hour.The dispatcher is rude & doesn't have very good"people" skills. I have been told by former & current driver's that they ask where you are going so if it's a small fare they will keep dropping you to the bottom of the list!

Called to get a pick up for work but no one showed up after 40 minutes so called and they told me they are about to pull up then an hour passed and no one has shown up still but they said someone should be coming so I cancelled the service. VERY UNRELIABLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm very unsatisfied and disappointed.
