WORST EVER. I called them yesterday and told them I need a taxi at 9 in the morning. I got prepared today and thought it should come on time, 9:5 and nothing, I called they said he is going right away. 9:10 no one showed up. I called again and another person answered me saying they don't know about  my call and there are actually three people working here. But shouldn't they be organized? have a list of orders and be punctual? They called me then and said they sent me a taxi-that was 9:15 and my appointment with the doctor is at 9:20. I said I DON'T WANT A TAXI. Worse management, worse seriousness-if they have any...

I called around 9 PM to arrange a ride for someone. I was told by the man who answered the phone  it would be at least 30 minutes, then he said "I'll call a driver". Before the conversation was complete, he hung up. The cab never came. I tried calling back several times and no one answered. Very unreliable and I would not recommend using this company.

Called the day before to schedule a cab for 5:15 the next morning to take us to the Airport.  Dispatcher said it wouldn't be an issue. Cab never showed.  Do not waste your time.

I arranged a cab the day before to take me to the airport and the cab did not show. I called the company and no one would answer the phone.
