A few days ago my wife and I went to get a relaxing couples massage for our anniversary. We were overall really excited for the massage but our excitement slowly faded the longer we were there. 

Here's how it went:
The curtain covering the window to our massage room was partially see through. 

We had made it clear which parts of our bodies we wanted massaged, these instructions were almost completely ignored. 

Multiple people came and went during the massage making my wife and I very uncomfortable. 

My wife asked for a gentle massage and found herself at the brink of tears and gritting her teeth, this despite telling the masseuse that she was pressing too hard.

We scheduled a relaxing couples massage and instead left feeling worse than when we got there. 

When we went to pay for the massage the receptionist was quick to remind us that while we got the massage at a discounted price we should keep in mind the we needed to tip for a $190 massage. She then further clarified that we should give them $20 each.

The massages and therapists themselves were great! We had a couples massage, which included chocolate covered strawberries (the strawberries were past ideal edibility) and some kind of sickly sweet non-alcoholic beverage. The woman at the desk (maybe the proprietor?) was very aggressive about telling us how much to tip. I was already planning to leave a generous tip for the therapists, they were good, but telling your customers what kind of tip to leave is bad manners. I had prepaid for the massages, as they were a gift, and the woman kept repeating the price in front of my girlfriend in hounding us about the tip. Then when I gave her the tip exclaimed, "Oh thank you, that's very generous!"    🤑😝

Phone communication was also interesting, I had to call 6 times before reaching someone and then she complained about how busy they were and how many calls they were getting, saying she didn't even listen to the voicemails anymore because it was so full. (This was the same woman who was so aggressive about the tip.)

My boyfriend and I have gotten two massages here from Robby and Victoria and from Drew and Holly.  Each time we have left feeling much better than when we came in.  Our Groupon was honored and Sherry at the front desk was so nice and accommodating!!  We love it here and have plans to come in each month for a couples massage.  Thanks again!!

With all the spa choices out there, do NOT choose this one! They will not honor my Groupon by saying it was because I was in before! The very rude owner said she had told me that before (she didn't even know my name at the time), that I couldn't use one again. If that was the case, I wouldn't have purchased another one! Plus, the voucher doesn't state that. She had the choice of treating me respectfully or being rude. She chose the latter. Go elsewhere where you'll be treated with respect.

I don't know if it was just me, but they were a little unprofessional. The people in the front at the desk were bad mouthing customers and saying things like "how do customers expect good service if they're bad tippers?" Also, they don't empty out their voicemail, so you'll have to keep calling until someone picks up the phone. I paid for 20 units of botox and only got 12 units instead of the 20 I paid for.. I hardly see any difference at all. I'll pay the full price at the aesthetic spa I normally go to, it wasn't worth it to try and go cheaper somewhere else. And it seemed a little sketchy there, out in the back where I parked looks like a junkyard with a beat up trailer back there as well. Some of their masseuse employees looked unprofessional, sloppily dressed and looks like they just rolled out of bed and threw something on. I won't be going back, even for a discount.
