Absolutely amazing! Welcoming and friendly staff. Very clean and relaxing environment. Brandi was incredible!! I am 30 weeks pregnant and have had some horrible pain in my legs, hips and lower back. I finally got some relief. I can’t wait to come back!! Highly recommend!!

Spavia is absolutely amazing! My husband and I got a spur of the moment chance to go on a date (without kids) I called 6 spas and everyone was very rude as though they have never taken a last minute appointment in their life… Not Spavia! I spoke to the owner she got us scheduled for a couples message (our first messages EVER) they even had to move therapists around for me because I am nine months pregnant. 
The relaxation rooms, bathrooms and changing areas were so clean, beautiful and peaceful. There was tea, water and warm towels available while we waited our turn because we were a little early. The experience we had at Spavia was amazing our message therapists we were great, we will be back and I would recommend Spavia to anyone!

High Prices 

I left the ball in their court and they dropped it, they could have had a weekly repeat customer and totally blew it. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The massage was average, but the customer service sucked...

Came here for a couples 80 min massage. Although the environment is great and staff is friendly, my fiance was not please by the amount of pressure during the massage. She had requested medium firm for her massage and when it began she explained it as "very light". She requested the masseuse push quite harder and said she than received "light" touch. She was not pleased and said it ruined the experience for a romantic get away and was not relaxing at all after. Being that without our Groupon it would have cost almost $300 it was a waste of money.

Went here with my wife with a deal I found online. I like to take my wife to these often so I know what to expect.

1) This place is super fancy.
2) Very clean
3) Back rooms are very nice
4) no pressure sell

We were taken in to the back, it has dim lighting and relaxing music. We were told to change and the lockers are supplied. They offered towels, slippers, breathe mints, water, tea, etc... Super relaxing. 

Massages were great. Staff was professional. I've had a few where it became awkward or they wouldn't stop talking. I'm down for a conversation but I've had a 2 hour massage were the lady complained about her family. 

They didn't push the sell. You know what I mean...Oh, if you leave the prices go up. Like I want to commit to a month massage membership on the spot without discussing it with the wife.

This all being said we had a great time and left really relaxed to head home to.the.kids. 

We 100% want to go back but their prices were a tad high for a single income family.
