We had a party of five, returning from last year for our birthday spa day. Unfortunately services were mixed. Most of us felt pedicures were lacking on the promised massage or attention to detail. Personnel servicing us interrupted our much anticipated conversations together (away from family and everyday concerns) with comments of their own. One had her toes nipped twice and was left bleeding despite warning the technician that she was on new skin and hurting her. Two of us had great massages, three were left disappointed that an $80 massage did not provide the total body massage (leaving off hands / feet and even lower back.  We will probably look for another venue next year. Nice spa facility but perhaps some additional training is needed for staff.

I went to Sanctuary at South Town today for a 90 min massage and a mani/pedi. My massage was absolutely fantastic. After the massage is where my visit went down hill. :/ 
My pedicure took an hour and fifteen minutes, my manicure took about that long too. I finished my massage at 1:10. I didn’t leave until 4!!!!! Ridiculous!!! Save yourself time and money...go across the street to Nail It Salon. You’ll save money, time and your nails will look better. Epic fail Sanctuary

I love the Sanctuary! Katie has been doing my hair for a couple years and she is amazing! My hair always looks great after she’s done with it. And it’s easy to style after I’m home because the cut is so good. The place is beautiful and everyone is professional and friendly. Highly recommend this place and Katie!

What a great spa! Relaxing and treated well. All the best amenities and free extras. Sauna and hair products available for after your service with a shower too. Great employees!
