I have enjoyed my first experience with Cindy at A New Image! I am excited to see the results and will write another review after my next couple of treatments. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in her work so I am totally confident that I'll be extremely satisfied.

I had been waxing for months, and was tiring of the frequent trips and cost. I wanted something more permanent, and heard of laser hair removal. I searched online for good reviews and found A New Image. 

Cindy called me back promptly and was very clear in explaining the procedure as well as costs. 

The office was professional, clean, and inviting. The staff were friendly and answered any questions I had. Privacy was maintained at all times. My experience was extremely professional. She iced the area prior to laser treatment and it greatly decreased any discomfort I was expecting. 

My laser treatment gave me the results I expected. I will be back for more treatments. Thank you, Cindy and A New Image!

I was very impressed with the customer service and results from A New Image! I think those other reviews are crazy everything was very professional and I was very pleased with the outcome I only needed a few treatments and was done. Cindy was very knowledgeable and informative and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She even gave me her PERSONAL number in case I had any questions or concerns who does that??? As for the other people have you never had a bad day or kid emergencies??? I HIGHLY recommend going to see Cindy!

Bought a voucher on living social and called to make an appointment.  Was told they did not have anything on living social and they would call me back.  No one called back.  I attempted to contact again and when I call it goes to a voice mailbox that is not set-up.  This seems very sketchy to me so I just requested a refund.  This does not seem like a professional business and certainly not one I want working on my body.

are just flat out rude and treat you like it's your fault that they didn't call to tell you the machine is broke again before you show up for your appointment
