Chuck and Aaron are my favorite stylists here. I've never had a bad experience. I'm probably going to call them in a couple days for a haircut actually. It's clean, their quick, and it's affordable.

Ok normally I would say they've fixed my hair well in the past, but last month I went in twice about a week appart (was charged full price for a cut both times) and wasn't happy with either time! I asked for a certain cut, but I'm kinda open, but not to the bottom few inches being shaved, and I'm so self conscious about that that i haven't tried an updo sense...  ugh, plus the lady was a smoker... so you could smell it on her hands

If i could give them a 0 i would! The web site says they open at 9 am. Well they don't they open at 10. Today i showed up at 9 and waited tell 10. I was the sitting there waiting for them to open and when they did i told the lady that their website says they open at 9 and she said well there is nothing i can do about that. Then she calls the lady behind me to come over to here and she starts talking to her without even asking me if i need a appointment. So the other lady working with her says to me what do you need. I told her i would like a haircut and she says well we can't get you in tell 11. I totally understand that they appointments but dang. They could have been a lot nicer when asking me what i needed. And could have told me sorry but we both have appointments this morning. With that said I won't be going back there!!

Ugh, worst haircut ever. I should have asked more questions before letting someone new cut my hair. Like "Do you have a license?" "Do you understand what I want?", "Do you know what an inch looks like?" "Do you know how to cut layers?" Unfortunately, I know the answers now are NO. Well maybe she has a license, which obviously means nothing.

Waiting for someone to show up to this location: ( the store was supposed to open at 9am and it is now 9:15. And there is still no one here.
