Considering that there's a couple hundred people that walk through those doors EVERY month + Year After Year without significant issue should be a testament to their overall service.  Not to mention how old the prior 2 reviews are, which actually raises more questions in regard to the efficacy & general fairness of actually reviewing on Google Maps vs. other more appropriate channels. There is a woman working here who is the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. I tried to purchase shampoo and conditioner and she told me she would be with me "in a second." I put the items by the register, waited a while and she didn't wait on me, so I went to the restroom nearby, thinking she would "be with me" when I returned. In about 3 minutes max, I returned and she had put the items back on the shelves. I asked her why she did that because she told me she would "be with me" and she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEN REFUSED TO SELL THE ITEMS TO ME! I didn't see her name but she was short, obese, and with dark hair. She just lost my business forever! Don't go here.

I took my kids to get trims 40 minutes before closing and the lady turned my business away. I also didnt get her name but she was short with dark long hair. I was so suprised she couldnt handle 2 trims in over 30 minutes. I wont go there again.....
